Returning to Work #ArtBasel
So after a great Art Basel experience, tons of us art enthusiasts must return to work prior to the Holiday. Here is a list of revival tips.
1. Stop by Starbucks and grab an Iced Coffee. Its more relaxing and will give you the edge to quickly get up and go.
2. Eat light snacks all day. Don’t do a major lunch. Schedule that closer to weeks end. You’ll have more energy to burn off excess Calories with the excitement of a weekend approaching.
3. Women, wear flats. Ease our way back up. Meaning, heels may apply to much pressure to the ankle and knee and this will prevent sweeling. Why? We all walked Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive too much this past weekend in leisure shoes. Heels will shock our steps. Guys, plan a before work workout and an after work workout. Why? Catch your body up to your normal routine to stay on track and release those captured toxins acquired while on a mini vacay.
